We practice open-book subcontractor procurement. Any variations or scope modifications during the construction phase require mutual written sign-off before expenditure is incurred.

3. Handover Protocol

Formal practical completion is subject to a zero-punchlist audit and comprehensive air-tightness, acoustic, and thermal performance testing.
